An experiment in fully automated coffee curation. An AI picks the bean, names the roast,
generates the bag art, and writes the recipes and roast profile — every single day. No human input on the
creative side. Humans handle the actual roasting… for now.

It’s either the future of specialty coffee or a very expensive proof of concept. Possibly
both.
